We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (First Orders)

Your first order with CJR is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee, counted from the delivery date, and it applies whether the bottle is opened or not. If CJR isn't for you, contact us within that window and we will refund what you paid for that order: for a subscription, that order's first charge; for a one-time purchase, the purchase price. The guarantee covers one order per customer and never a combined total across multiple billing cycles. We may ask you to send the bottle back (opened is fine); when we do, we'll say so in our reply before anything is expected of you.

Return Window (Later Orders)

For orders after your first, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items marked as final sale
• Downloadable or digital products
• Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us at info@shopcjr.com or call (813) 702-3553 with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions once your request is reviewed.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, contact us at info@shopcjr.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@shopcjr.com with photos of the issue. We will resolve the matter promptly at no additional cost to you.
