Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how Subscribe & Save billing works and how to cancel, pause, or skip it. It applies to subscriptions only; one-time purchases involve no recurring charges and nothing to cancel.

How subscription billing works

Subscribe & Save is an automatically renewing subscription. Your saved payment method is charged $49.99 every 28 days per bottle (a two-bottle plan bills $94.98 every 28 days), and each charge ships one order. Charges continue on that cycle until you cancel.

How to cancel

Every subscription email we send includes a self-serve link to manage your subscription; cancelling there takes effect right away, with no phone call and no retention script. You can also email info@shopcjr.com from the address on your order and we will cancel it for you.

What cancelling does

Cancellation stops all future charges. It does not undo a charge that has already happened: an order that has already billed still ships as normal and is covered by the Return & Refund Policy, including the 30-day money-back guarantee on first orders. Cancelling is free, and there is no minimum term.

Pausing and skipping

The same self-serve link lets you skip an upcoming delivery or pause the subscription instead of cancelling. A skipped or paused cycle is not charged.

The 3-bottle commitment offer

If you accepted the post-purchase offer where bottle 3 ships free, cancelling before bottle 2 bills simply lapses the offer. Nothing extra is owed.
