RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as final sale
- Downloadable or digital products
- Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact us at info@shopcjr.com or call (307) 300-3265 with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions once your request is reviewed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, contact us at info@shopcjr.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@shopcjr.com with photos of the issue. We will resolve the matter promptly at no additional cost to you.
