Lifetime Warranty

The Lifetime Warranty is a $10.00 one-time add-on you can attach to an order in the cart. It covers every bottle in that order for as long as you have it.

What it covers

Any bottle from the covered order can be sent back to us whenever, for whatever reason: damaged in transit, melted gummies, a taste you did not expect, or no reason at all. Opened bottles are fine. We replace the bottle with a new one of the same product, no questions asked. There is no time limit, and each bottle in the covered order can be replaced once.

How to redeem

• Email info@shopcjr.com with your order number and the shipping address for the replacement.
• Ship the bottle back to the return address we send you. Opened is fine.
• We ship the replacement as soon as the bottle is on its way back to us.

What it is not

The warranty replaces bottles; it does not refund money. Refunds are governed by the Return & Refund Policy, including the 30-day money-back guarantee on first orders, which applies whether or not you bought the warranty. The warranty covers only the order it was purchased with, and it is not a subscription: the $10.00 is charged once, with that order.
